Meet Your Dentist!
Dr. Jayme Martinez wants you to know that he treats every patient that comes through his doors on an individual basis. To him, no two people can receive the exact same care. That’s why he’s so excited to help patients all across the Dallas area get their essential dental care completed, regardless of how unique they think their issues are.
Ever since Dr. Martinez was a child, he’s always been interested in science. It wasn’t until he shadowed a dentist at the Baylor College of Dentistry that he decided that the profession was right for him. The field’s unique combination of science, artistry and the chance to make a direct impact on people’s lives resonated with him and still does to this day.
Expectations for the First Visit
The first visit is mainly meant to perform a thorough, initial exam and give you a chance to learn more about Dr. Martinez and his practice. It’s the perfect opportunity to ask him questions you may have about services and technology he offers.
Once you arrive for your initial appointment, you’ll be greeted by our friendly staff and get the chance to grab a drink at the office beverage bar while you wait to be called in. Once called, you’ll be brought to a treatment room to have diagnostic images and X-rays taken of your mouth.
Once completed, Dr. Martinez will come into the treatment room, introduce himself, and begin going over your X-rays. This will give him a chance to recommend any treatments he thinks you’ll benefit from. If enough time permits, he’ll be able to perform a routine cleaning as well!
Common Questions From New Patients
To make your first visit easier, Dr. Martinez recommends that you fill out the first patient form before your visit. By printing them out from his website and completing them beforehand, you can spend more time getting to know him! In the meantime, consider this brief section on questions he often gets.
Do you take insurance? – Kessler Park Dental is an in-network provider for most dental insurance plans. However, those without insurance can also take advantage of the practice’s membership plan, which offers a flat annual fee for many basic dental care services.
Do you offer solutions for dental anxiety? – Our practice offers nitrous oxide and oral conscious sedation, depending on your needs.
